We are looking for you to open and manage our Greek restaurant Neora as Restaurant Manager from September 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and management of our new Greek restaurant Neora
- Management of a team of approx. 5 employees
- Recruitment and composition of the team
- Support in the development of the restaurant concept
- Creating the outlet opening and training plan for the service brigade
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience with a focus on quality and hygiene standards
- Responsibility for recruiting, training and developing the restaurant team
- Creating the monthly duty rota
- Carrying out orders, stocktaking and daily closings
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a comparable hotel
- Authentic host of Greek cuisine
- Attention to detail and exclusive, authentic Greek cuisine with live cooking station
- Experience in leading a team
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Ability to work under pressure, professional competence, tidiness and very high quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Guest-oriented work and economic action
- Greek is a prerequisite, as well as English, other languages such as German and Italian are an advantage
