Responsibilities
- Coordination and service management as a substitute as well as general team management
- Co-organization and implementation of events
- Team training and training on new methods or systems
- Daily control and overview of all events
- Project work and introduction of innovative ideas
- Responsible for the set up and running events
- Leading In-room Dining shifts, including amenities and minibar
- Shift leading the restaurant and lounge
- Participate in monthly inventories
- Control and montior beverage cost
Competencies
- Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
- Professional experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry
- Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written, Latvian and Russian is of advantage
- An independent, responsible and committed way of working
- Completed training or studies in the food & beverage or events
- Very high sense of responsibility and quality
- Open and friendly manner as well as an eye for detail
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, Latvian and Russian of benefit
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth and changing environment
- EU work eligible (passport)
