Key Responsibilities
Together with our motivated team, you will ensure that our hotel guests receive the best possible service during the summer and winter seasons. In the off-season, you will attend the school hotel for the theoretical part of your training and, if available, set off for new horizons and support our sister hotels. It will be easy for you to welcome our guests with a smile in one of the most renowned hotels in Switzerland and make them feel completely at ease from the very first moment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We offer you training at the highest level. For this challenging apprenticeship you must have:
- At least 17 years of age at the start of the apprenticeship
- Passion for this exceptional profession, which requires a great deal of flexibility and commitment
- Area-related internships in the hotel or catering industry at the highest level
- Exceptional motivation, absolute team spirit and independence
- Very good German and English language skills
- Enjoy dealing with people and a well-groomed appearance
- Interest in international development within Kempinski after the apprenticeship
