Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application submitted

Once you are in this stage, we will have your CV and responses well structured and ready to be evaluated by our Hurman Resources/Talent Acquisition team.
Stage 2

Application Review

A member of our HR team will evaluate the potential match you have with the vacancy. A phone call will be scheduled to get to know you better, and provide with more information about our brand and its properties.
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

At this stage you will meet your potential line manager, and have the opportunity to ask any technical question related to the job you've applied. The workflow, team culture and what is expected from our future colleague, will also be shared in this step.

Job Offer

Succeeding in the recruitment process, an offer will be draft and presented to you by our HR Team.
